I used this through the valve stem syringe sealant injector and it worked pretty well. Very little clutter. I pumped 2 ounces from my Stan's gasket reservoir and opened the injector valve after inserting the thin hose that came with the kit through the valve stem with the valve removed and after you removed the hose/injector from the valve stem, twisted You can rock the wheel back and forth about 90 degrees and you're done. I hand inflated the tires again, checking for leaks and pressing on the tire where I can see the sealant spilling out until the tire is no longer leaking and the tire bead is seated in my new carbon wheels. I cleaned the KOM injector block by rinsing it with warm water and drying it with a paper towel and put it away until next time. I actually forgot I already have a seal injector from Stan, but now I have an extra injector in case it somehow breaks, which probably won't happen anytime soon.
