Battery doesn't last long don't waste your money on it

I decided to pay a high price for this trimmer hoping to finally have the last long product but Moser got me disappointed. The battery began to cause problems from the very beginning of the product's operation, and the trimmer had to be repaired. Moser did not offer me any direct support. They said it wasn't profitable for them to support me and sent me to their dealer who told me I could ship the trimmer at my own expense. I sent it back, they didn't completely fix the problem and sent it back to me. After a while I could only use the trimmer when it was connected to a network cable. I preferred using such a trimmer rather than sending it back at my own expense and receiving the same temporary solution. Recently my trimmer stopped working even with the power cord plugged in, but now I was out of warranty. I contacted Moser again and explained that I've had this issue since the beginning of the product's life and it hasn't been fully resolved. They sent me back to the dealer who told me to send it to them after I made it clear I didn't want to pay for repairs. When it got to the dealer they said I had to pay $60, I declined, arguing with them that they let me know it would be repaired for free but they didn't care. I asked for a return and they said I would have to pay the return postage. After fighting them and contacting Moser, they sent it back to me at their own expense with no repairs. I have decided not to buy Moser. thanks to their support and product quality time and again and I have just received a brand new Remington trimmer at a much better price and quality. As I am not a verified buyer I am attaching a photo as proof of my broken Moser 1871 next to my new Remington Trimmer. I recommend staying away from Moser as the support and product quality are poor. Moser, never say that supporting a customer is not profitable for you! Customer satisfaction should be your top priority. Such a shame.
