it works fine for gentle strength training

This is not quite what I used at the gym when I did Physical Therapy, but it gets the job done.
So far, it works fine for gentle strength training.

Pros

Exactly as described, great for beginners, happy with purchase.

Cons

Limited Resistance Options: The Blueberry Val-U-Band only comes in a few resistance levels, making it difficult for users to gradually increase strength over time
