Very strong and GREAT customer service!
I ordered this back in October and between kids and dogs, the frame has stuck form for the past 8 months. I’ve tried other brands and they started falling off after a few months but not this one! My screen ripped at no fault of the company and was going to order a new one until I saw their lifetime warranty! I messaged the company and they sent me a new one at no cost within 3 days!
