I was one of the first users and since they first showed up I've had four or five of these devices. When they work, they're great. I've had a lot of calls to tech support because they kept getting disconnected and unresponsive. Several months of disappointment. But now with the latest firmware they are fantastic again. Deep integration with Home Assistant using mqtt and/or coiot. If you decided against it, force update the firmware to the latest version and try again. They're not really ready for mass consumer demand though, and I don't think they're designed for that like other Shelly devices are. But seriously, now that they work, quick response, lots of integration options. Perfect for household helpers. Their integration with the app/cloud service is not that strong yet.
