I love this product. I installed it in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L 4WD Hemi Quad Cab. I still have to adjust the fit. But wow. It is actually loud and everything works as said. The instructions sucked. But the price really convinced me. I went to YouTube, entered the model number and followed the instructions. Everything on the stand was also checked before installation. I believe people buy these products and don't quite understand how to install them. And then complain about it. Most likely, they are manufactured on an assembly line. Therefore, you may receive a defective device. But I think that mostly the user or the installer can cause the problem. Everything happens and you have 2 options. complain or do. I hope this review helps. Do some research before installing and you'll be fine. If I run into problems, I'll update my post!
