I had crazy crappy Wi-Fi - I wanted a wired connection for video games; However, I didn't want to move/drop the cat cable from room to room - it works amazingly well. I have a 300MB service from COX - if I connect my computer directly to my modem I get the full 300MB. I set this up super easy - plug and play, router first - then the other end - click a pair on the side of the router and then press the pairing button on the other side - they find each other like magic (by your frigging AC wiring in your house). Now I'm getting 30-40MB (was 20 due to bad wifi ping), 30-40MB is real 30-40MB and a very stable respectable 50ms ping. I expect it will work a little better when my new router arrives. and has the best throughput on the Ethernet side. Great buy - I got the 200MB version.
