I purchased this for my mom’s 90 birthday dinner in April. Theme is shades of gold for the golden years. I haven’t worn it yet. The fabric has a little stretch. It’s soft and comfortable. You can see under garments but it isn’t really a thin fabric. I think it’s just the yellow. The belt is not attached and no belt loops. I am wearing a 2-2.5inch heel so it’s not long. I purchased an XL, I’m 5’4” 180lbs for reference. I love it!💛
