Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

There are strong doubts that this processor is being used to its full potential by game creators, despite its inclusion in the requirements of several recent titles. It was one of the more affordable choices even after the price increased by about 2 times from its pre-economic-crisis level.
Will this CPU be adequate for the next three to five years? Quite, because of its overclocking capabilities and outstanding adaptability, it is the greatest choice currently available.

Pros

The substrate and the stone are firmly fastened, and the processor has been running reliably for about 1.5 years, so its quality is already apparent. Under maximum load, the stone heats up, but not to a million degrees but within 30-50. At 5 GHz, from 30 to 65, but this is usually due to air, because CBO is required here; I do not recommend subjecting the processor to such stress, as doing so destroys both the crystal substrate and the crystal itself.

Cons

Unfortunately, the expected performance of 8 cores has not been demonstrated. Only a few systems are 8 core, yet many games only support the use of 2 to 4 core processors. Very little in the way of software updates or game additions to keep things interesting. - When picking a CPU, you need think a thousand times about whether it's worth it, because 8 cores are great, but 8 cores fully loaded are even greater, because the specific heat capacity is huge and the return on the wasted energy is very sparse. The processor's and many applications' and games' reliance on users sitting about doing nothing is a major negative.
