Review on HawkEye Fishtrax 1C Fish Finder: HD Color Virtuview Display for Optimal Fishing Results by Todd Foster

I was skeptical at first as I had good luck again a few years ago with a fish finder in a similar price range which was a total failure. I got a new kayak so thought I'd give it a try and if it doesn't work considering the price it won't hurt too much. I've been using a kayak in a bay for a few months - the fishing has been a success, mostly I've missed it. I took this viewfinder with little expectation. At first I was in shallow water, about 3-4 feet of water, reading the depth but no more. I went through the distribution and suddenly this list of things grew like a Christmas tree. Throw the fishing line and boom - catch fish. I walked on for a few more hours, floating back and forth on the lintel. Every time it beeped I would shut down and get hooked almost immediately. If there is no beep, there are no hits. I couldn't believe it. I was very happy in shock. I'll never go out without it again. I highly recommend it.
