Dead on Arrival - Internals

It's nice to see a USB 3.0 card that doesn't require an external power connector. That's why I chose this card for use on an older system. However, the card was dead on arrival. I tried every available PCIe slot and the card was not recognized. Then I tried another system with the same results. Unfortunately I sent it back and bought a different brand card.
