This is a feature-rich communications suite that does what it says on the tin. My only caveat is that all of these features add to the complexity of the job. I'm an electrical engineer with experience in both amateur and commercial radio, so I'm generally comfortable with gadgets. The functions of this device are activated by complex sequences of holding and pressing buttons. I can hardly remember which key combinations lead to the desired result. I suppose I'll figure out which features I really want to use and memorize the steps to set them up, but I scratch my head a lot. It's also a little hard to feel which button is which when wearing gloves. Maybe it would be easier if I was 50 years younger? If you really need the features of this top communicator, go for it. If you really want to be able to talk to another driver/passenger and listen to music on your phone, you could probably save some money and headaches by purchasing a simpler product.
