Bought to communicate with my 7 year old son while he rides off road bikes. It was difficult to talk about the mechanics of the body and the real-time methods of keeping it safe. To say we love her would be an understatement. From chatting when he needs gas to asking him to play a different song from his playlist while he's on a long run with his motocross coach, these ROCK! As you can imagine my son has survived several falls and SENA has built them strong and sturdy. Highly recommended!

The product is well made. Bought several headphone cases for our half helmets and they work well. Although a design flaw. The main unit cannot be "uncoupled" and thus easily detached from the helmet. This is a solid wire design. So to remove it you have to dig up all the wires and 3 connectors, disconnect all the wires and carefully pull out the wires you hid in the helmet. I am totally disappointed with this product that is considered SENA flagship for 2020 and surprised that we still see Bluetooth modules that are not interchangeable! I have 3 helmets and this model is useless. Both, like the older 30K model, let you buy a different mount and switch between unlimited helmets.
