The product is well made. Bought several headphone cases for our half helmets and they work well. Although a design flaw. The main unit cannot be "uncoupled" and thus easily detached from the helmet. This is a solid wire design. So to remove it you have to dig up all the wires and 3 connectors, disconnect all the wires and carefully pull out the wires you hid in the helmet. This needs to be replaced with a plug that you can simply unplug from the device's main cable when you want to unplug it (e.g. for charging). Now we have to bring the entire Helmut for charging.
