I received this controller in a box a few weeks ago. From the start the controller lost sync with the console. I had to erase the batter multiple times to re-sync. THEN. on level ground. I couldn't charge the battery anymore! I even buy a new sync cord (how can it be a controller when it's only a few days old?). A new sync cord didn't help. CURRENTLY. I'm going in circles with the company that sold it. I will simply return it using the Revain return policy. I will no longer buy from the company.
