Bought this for my 70 year old mum who wanted to listen to TV with the Beats headphones she already had but her TV doesn't have it Setting up the Bluetooth connectivity was easy enough, one of the reasons I got this transmitter was that it can remember headphones that were previously plugged in (I got another one that didn't remember and was trying to figure out a way to find teaching my mom how to pair a set of headphones).Headphones shouldn't have happened). After everything was paired I showed my mom (who was taking notes, LOL) how to turn on the transmitter and then turn on her headphones and she was very happy! About a month after the initial setup, I got a call from my mom about the headphones not connecting anymore. I'm not sure what happened but after playing around with the device for a bit I was finally able to get it fixed and everything has been working fine ever since. One star because that shouldn't have happened.
