This is exactly what I was looking for to clear the carport and yard driveway of debris to free. Much better than regular household shovels. I don't have to bend down, it stands up on its own, it locks into place! Ideal! I wanted to get out of the game of blowing and re-blowing grass, twigs, small branches, and leaves. Now I use it to clean after mowing, fencing or about every other week and it makes it a lot cleaner and lasts longer! It's solid, lays flat, easy to pick up, doesn't take up too much space or look garish in some corner when not in use. I think it's like any other garden tool and the large opening catches all kinds of debris. I was lazy just blowing weed etc. I'm glad I found this.
