TheMogan was a really terrible company. Although they have a wide range of clothing, shoes, and jewelry on their website, the quality of their goods is subpar. The clothes I bought didn't look like the pictures on their website, and the fabrics were fragile and inexpensive. The goods I received also did not fit well and the size was variable. I received a pair of shoes that were uncomfortable and unfit for prolonged wear. Regrettably, returning items was not a simple process, and getting a reimbursement took a lot longer than anticipated. Additionally, the level of customer service fell short. Before getting a response, I had to contact them multiple times, and even then, the help I got fell short of my expectations. Overall, I can't suggest TheMogan as a trustworthy online retailer for buying apparel, accessories, or jewelry.
