Review on SmarterStats by Robert Capers
We chose them because they were recommended by another local company that was happy with their service.
They are able to take care of everything from creating the back end to the front end. They handle anything that comes up, so you don’t have to worry about any details. They also offer additional services such as social media management. They are responsive, flexible, friendly, and great at what they do. We're looking forward to working with them for years to come. -We used to use another provider before switching over to Smarterstats. -The previous company did not provide all of the features that we needed, which led to a bad user experience. -Smarterstats has provided many of those same features, however it's done much better than the last one (in terms of design).
Pros
- All you have to do is enter your email address and you’re ready to go
- If you want to stay informed you can subscribe to updates through email, RSS, and Google notifications.
- Most users should be able to figure out how to navigate without any assistance.
Cons
- The pricing plan is fairly high compared to most providers.
- Some of the reports that they generate are not very helpful.
