Small is super small
I ordered small because I am small/very small in clothes and my family often calls me anorexic but this small size would be for a child. The length is fine...I'm 5ft 4" but since it's so tight I can't use it because although it has a velcro strap that allows you to adjust if a velcro touches my skin, it is it very rough and uncomfortable. general.
