It's junk - office electronics
This phone was junk! It was assembled backwards and the wired speaker was assembled as an earphone! I connected it and static with a faint beep but couldn't get through. The previous phone worked great. Revain's customer service rep was called the next day after arrival to return it and UPS had no label to collect the item. He talked too much and messed up the normally easy return. I will redirect this question again today. Unless you're looking for an overpriced bookend, I'd suggest avoiding this phone entirely.
