I received this deodorant in good condition. It got good reviews on Amazon and Google so I was excited to try it out. Well, I'm as obsessed with deodorant as it gets. Unfortunately it looks like I received a faulty batch. When I turn the dial in the direction most conventional deodorants work to increase the height of the deodorant, the bottom portion comes out slowly (see image). When I turn the other direction, nothing happens except a click. Tried 3 different deodorants in the pack and all three like that. Maybe I'm just not using deodorant well, but I think it's more likely that the parts in my batch were defective. The deodorant smells really good though. I'm sorry I wasted $11.
