Oakley brand replacement rubber parts are exactly what you need!
I've found that genuine Oakley rubber products (earmuffs etc.) don't stretch or loosen like headphones from other brands often do. The nose pads hold better and the earsocks don't slip off. You may have to pay a little more for Oakley branded products, but there is definitely better quality versus a higher face value.
