I liked everything about the shoes, with one bright exception; the photo on the website shows a heel loop which makes putting the shoe on much easier and is exactly what i'm looking for in a sports shoe. Unfortunately and annoyingly for my original pair AND annoyingly the replacement order did not have the cycle stated, even after I chatted with a Revain representative to clarify why I had requested the exchange and was assured the replacement would be AS SHOWN. I was assured that the image would be altered. to accurately reflect what is currently in their stock and I am returning a second pair but none of this mitigates my frustration with the product or my frustration at the wasted time and effort of a futile returns process that now has to be repeated and I always do nor needy makes a pair of boots. I must add that the reps and process otherwise were as good as one would expect and I received a $10 credit for my troubles which was nice.
