Great bag, weak structure

Great bag! But I don’t appreciate the top portion (where the handles are connected to) is not totally sturdy.
I would have preferred that to be something much harder, so when I put it on my shoulder the bag doesn’t bend and fold at the top.

Pros

My son loves it the material is thick and sturdy.

Cons

The dimensions are too large to fit comfortably under airplane seats
