OK at $12.99 I was expecting cheap and the flat brush is ok but it's a quality brush for the dollar and the other 3 items can't be "cheap". I'm talking about what you would expect in a baby doll package. If someone gave you a combing brush or one of the combs for free, you would refuse. Unusually cheap. I would call them "disposable" but that means I suggest everyone to use them. Not. Save your scalp and hair and buy something else.
