I've been fixing tires for years. This is a good quality product. People write a star. You just don't know how to use the product. 1- Remove what is leaking the tire. 2-Use a sweep. Work in and out of the hoop. This is a very important step. (If you don't do this, your tool or connector will break when you try to install it.) 3-Insert the connector into the tool. ADD grease to plug 4- Install plug and trim excess grease. Fill 5 tires and you're done. PLEASE NOTE - No dowels may be used on the side walls. Or within an inch of the profile shoulder.
