Supplied with screws. I will be ordering another set soon.

I have three rolling machines in my garage. All have 3" casters. These Cool Yes's are the best. They roll smoother, spin smoother and lock better. I bought a set of eight and will soon be building another stand for my table saw with my second set. Then I am planning to order eight more to replace these lower quality casters on my other two stands THIS COMES WITH SCREWS.
