I expected the installation to be a lot easier. The instructions were poor at best. Couldn't find any videos. Wiring was easy as there were only 3 wires. Unfortunately the holes from my old flourescent unit didn't line up with any of the holes in the base of the new unit. I found that to be interesting as they were both 24" units. Difficulty came with putting it back together after connecting the wiring and insuring it worked. I'm sure I used language I hadn't used in many years. I finally got it put back together and it works great but believe me it was a nuisance getting to that point. I must confess that although I have installed a number of new LED lights in my home, in locations that were easy to access, I found this to be difficult because of the limited access I had.After all that, it works great, but at times I felt I would have been better off just buying a new flourescent replacement bulb.
