If you are in doubt about buying this blanket, I would advise you to pull the trigger. I was concerned that this duvet would be too heavy to carry over a duvet in winter. It is not. It's perfect. I was concerned that this comforter would be too warm to use with a sheet in the summer. It is not. It's perfect. The duvet is the perfect combination of lightness and warmth. Even if I get warm at night, I never get too hot. The air seems to circulate well. I was also concerned that the blanket would be itchy. It is not. In fact it is very soft. I use mine as my main blanket in bed at night, but it's just as comfortable as a reading blanket in my chair. I bought the Lake Color and it looks fantastic.
