Install the latest software and read the instructions. Logitech is an office that doesn't make crafts, so the problem is most likely a misconfiguration/connection. Has some pros: The mouse and keyboard are incredibly comfortable, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Especially the mouse, it's more ergonomic for a workstation and you can't think of it. The buttons are programmable. I often use the volume control and switching tracks. I change the batteries in the keyboard every 10 months. Got cons: 1. A year later, one of the two removable "legs-stands" broke to raise the top of the keyboard. It's sad. 2. Didn't like the wheel that scrolled without a click when scrolling fast. Disabled in settings. You can also adjust the sensitivity there.
