After reading the reviews to steer clear of it, I decided to get it anyway. I bought these to replace the light bulbs on the back of my work truck/semi trailer as the catwalk lights were burned out. They are definitely a lot lighter than what I had before and after seeing the reviews about how poor they were waterproof I bought them and when they arrived I took it upon myself to take them apart and put on clear silicone sealant apply all corners and edges. could find to hold water. I'm not complaining about how cheap they were, although I wish the wiring was a bit better/thicker, more threads inside, but it worked fine. After riding in the rain the other day and riding on some pretty muddy dirt roads I haven't seen any water ingress yet. The build quality isn't very good, but after troubleshooting, it does its job perfectly.
