Should have listened to the negative reviews! I bought this tablet in November 2020 so I've had it for 8 months now. This tablet comes with apps that I didn't want or want to use as this tablet was intended for my 6 year old who only wants to play games so right out of the box it has very limited storage. I bought an SD card because it kept saying there wasn't enough free space. I couldn't even update the few apps I could install on the tablet. Well, it turns out that the tablet has to come with a small part that fits into the device in order for your card to fit in it. I didn't have this part. I contacted MRCOOL Direct and they told me that they were unable to send me this part and that I would have to buy a completely different unit. Yes. Does not happen. Response to touch was very delayed or absent. You had to touch something several times to finally get an answer. Now 8 months later it's stuck on the reboot screen. I've done hard reboots and factory resets many times but still nothing. So now I have a completely useless tablet and a frustrated 6 year old... 😒
