It has been easy for our team at Fidelity Benefits Consultants, Inc., to use and access in real time - without having to look up information! The customer support is excellent as well!! I would highly recommend using stafiZ because of all their features that it can provide us with such ease when managing employees' HR data/benefits info. There's not many downfalls from this product. As long as we are willing to learn how to incorporate its functions into the business needs; there will be no issues. This tool helps our clients (employers) see what they have available to them within benefits options so they know exactly which one best suits their employee(s). The customer service is superb! I love that they are always willing to help and give suggestions for improvement. It's easy to use and it gives me the information I need in an efficient manner. It has helped our team stay organized and keep track of all of our projects. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product - everything is perfect! We have been able to keep track of all of our projects, as well as our clients' projects, and easily share them with others within our office.
