These are good quality and I'm happy with the way they look. They are definitely a brushed nickel and not a shiny chrome/silver as a few people asked. My only comment is that there is no ability to adjust how far the curtain sits from the wall. When we hung the curtains we realized that the curtains sit pretty far away from the wall and a lot of light gets in around the sides. So this may not be an issue if you are using them in a common space but if you need a blackout bedroom situation, I would not recommend. After having them a few months I noticed that the nickel finish scratches easily but from where the average person stands, it is not noticeable.
