Works great - the only thing I don't like is that the cast jaw surfaces protrude beyond the ground jaw surfaces. So you can't clamp anything thinner than about 0.3" without using parallels or something. But I assume this was done that way to give you a lower machine surface since guides for that purpose aren't like a Milling vise can be used. See pictures. The folding feature works well, although it takes some force to clamp the cam and you have to clamp it almost all the way to get it over center to make it stay. Use a strip of cotton paper to " Hang up'. Somehow it wasn't too damaged when it got here (just the paint was peeling off one corner) so I'm keeping it. But I suspect other people get vise damage if their box is dropped. Please note mine came from an amazon warehouse so new ones could be packed better overall a good tool for the price paid (got mine from the amazon warehouse with a light th discount).
