Review on West Bend 6201 Adjustable Temperature by Shawn Martin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is not good.

This thing failed. No matter how much waffle batter we put in there, it spilled out everywhere. We put so little in it that it was barely a waffle with holes all over it and it was still running down the sides. It also does not stick to the plate included in the kit. It drips randomly onto the outside of the silver waffle iron and runs down to the handle and the back of the front support. It is impossible to clean up this mess. Then, to top it off, the grip is incredibly poorly designed. When it came out of the box it was very loose so I took a screwdriver and tightened it. never mind It fell apart again except for one (1!) waffle which you were told to throw away. Not "oh it's a little loose," I mean, it's totally loose to the point where it was difficult to twist the damn thing back to loosen. This is an absolutely bad waffle maker. We returned it and bought an inverted waffle maker and it works great!
