Update: Unfortunately this has been downgraded to a 2 star rating from a previous 5. I did not lie. The first few days felt fantastic. Until I did EVERY number of actual walks during the day. Then by noon I was right where I started. I think it's for infrequent use or something because I felt it lengthened my leg too much after using it for more than a few days. So I went back to cortisone shots. *sigh* LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I used to get cortisone shots which worked fine for me and I do the exercises but they never seem to help. The new doctor wasn't as careful with my last injection as they should have been and it only affected half of my foot which then doubled the aggravation of the rest of the foot, making my pain worse with no apparent relief as they wait had to wait at least 3 months between vaccinations to avoid serious side effects. At the suggestion of the shoe salesman, I decided to try them as the store didn't have a larger caviar size. Two nights of these socks, I'm no longer a cripple when I get up in the morning and life is good! I'll keep using it and see if I don't need more shots. Hopefully.
