Customer service? This is my second one that broke since Christmas three months ago.
I gave this to my fiance for Christmas last December and it's the second time it's broken. The first one was replaced for free and I was happy, but now it's outside of the return window on Amazon. It was an EXPENSIVE band to break up so easily. Literally this part just broke and the little square apple watch fell to the ground as he was slapping someone on the back. Nothing crazy. I am very disappointed and I hope that customer service will step in to fix the problem. I will update accordingly. crossed fingers
