The software is easy to use at first glance! You are able to see your product price very quickly and it shows you how much profit each department has made, which is always good! I would say that the software could be more user friendly, but it's getting better all the time. It really helps our company with managing pricing and optimizing margins. We have been able to achieve our targets by using this software. I like that it's easy to use and customize with our own needs and requirements. The customer service can be improved by adding more helpful staff in other time zones around the world. We are solving problems of how we deal with multiple currencies within the same product line or store so no issues there. Using Pricing Lifecycle has helped us keep track of changes as they occur throughout the year which helps when planning future events.
