This ballast replaces the existing ballast on my Panasonic FV-11VQL4 unit. Connect the wires as close to the old ballast as possible, no need to make any additional connections, just connect the existing wires directly to the new ballast. As for the yellow wires that connect to both outputs, since you have terminals on the ballast you can connect a pair of wires from one of the outputs to the front of the ballast's yellow terminals and connect a pair of other outputs to the side yellow terminals, leaving space to reattach the cover for assembly.
