A great light when positioned correctly. On the plus side they are very bright. The downside is that they are very bright. They're bright as soon as you turn them on, and as advertised, they look like outdoor lights. If for some reason you need a lower light output, they are non-dimmable so you always have a really bright light. We have used them in three light track mounts. At the end of the day we opted for warm colored dimmable bulbs as it was more than we were used to and at 4am it didn't feel like the sun was shining in the kitchen. The lights didn't get hot or radiate heat like the original halogen bulbs, so standing anywhere under the lights was an improvement. We really liked the bulbs and will use them in another part of the house but for us they were too bright to start our day.
