I like how easy it is to use, no technical knowledge required for setup or operation of this software! This platform does not require much maintenance once you have set up your account with them as they are very helpful in solving any issues that may arise after initial implementation.

It can be used by non-technical people without difficulty but still provides all the features needed within an enterprise marketer's toolkit. For me personally there isn't anything i dislike about using qpoints at present time however if possible please expand their functionality into more than just one area such as email automation or CRM system integration etc.. We utilize this product across multiple departments (marketing & sales) so we really need something which will help us manage our workflows between those 2 groups easily.
