I really wanted to love this product. I'm a huge fan of their liquid dish soaps so naturally I thought I would LOVE this product. The smell is good and it sprays well HOWEVER when used as directed to remove existing stains the product did not completely remove pet urine like other enzymatic cleaners do. All urine stains treated with this product are still clearly visible in the light of a black light flashlight. Secondly, the product is very viscous and will not completely remove from carpets unless you clean it with a water extraction carpet cleaner. I sprayed this product on a countertop to test its release ability. I was NOT able to wipe off any product or residue from the countertop. It took several wipes with a sponge and other cleaning materials to completely remove the item from the countertop. Imagine using this product on carpets; If you cannot remove all of the product, it will pull dirt onto the carpet and rugs. I would like this product to be easier to remove from soft surfaces (it has a pleasant smell) but I will not be adding this product to my pet products list.
