I really wanted to love this product. I'm a huge fan of their liquid dish soaps so naturally I thought I would LOVE this product. The smell is good and it sprays well HOWEVER when used as directed to remove existing stains the product did not completely remove pet urine like other enzymatic cleaners do. It has a great flavor that isn't overwhelming but as others say it's very concentrated. I recently adopted a puppy and he is now confined to the kitchen because it is easier to clean than carpets. Update May 2021: I just can't use this thing. Had to clean up some pee, less spray than I could imagine and more than two full tanks of water on my carpet cleaner, it's still so soapy. UPDATE: This air purifier was a nightmare in my living room. A $20 bottle of cleaning product has never wreaked so much havoc. I bought this because I was looking for a solution other than using my carpet shampoo for accidents when I was potty training my newly adopted 50 lb puppy.
