My granddaughter got a blackboard for Christmas but no chalk so I tried to get her some chalk. Everything about them seemed to fit what she needed, so I bought them for her. One thing I didn't notice was that they had to be held in a certain way. She's not quite there yet to remember how to hold them and what needs to be done to make them work. However, their mother was impressed with them and put them away for the time being until she could use them properly. When she learned to redesign markers I thought they would suit her, but not quite yet. Your inability to use them isn't the fault of the chalk markers themselves. It just needs to be a little bigger. They are very pretty and work well. I appreciate the opportunity to try this out for her as she has a combination chalkboard and dry erase board but no markers for either side so I tried to find some for her. But she will have to wait a little longer to use the tablet. Thanks for letting us try them.
