The clips were different from the original
I installed it on my RX300, they work fine. They make no noise and have sufficient braking power. The clamps that came with the brake pads were different than the ones on my car so I was a little unsure of how to get them to work from the start. Eventually, however, I figured out how to mount the clamps and am happy with the performance of the pads.
