When I first received this router it seemed like a decent product, but when we tried to connect this Belkin G+ MIMO Wireless Router it turned out to be a bit cumbersome. Since then it's just become a liability, every time we connect to it something interferes with the signal and we disconnect. This happens all the time and also makes it a useless internet resource for my gaming devices like Ps3 and Xbox 360 which is the main reason for buying it. I got it based on reviews, from most reviews it seemed a very useful product. I knew that all routers were probably created through trial and error and that it was a given that they would fail from time to time, but not as much as this one. I just can't take it and the customer service is terrible every time I call, seems like I know more than they do and they are very clueless. For example, I told them my router and cable modem are in the living room, I can't connect my xbox 360 or ps3 directly to it due to the circumstances, and that's why I'm doing it wirelessly, and they behaved like they've never done before what heard of my method, which works great with my neighbor's router, by the way. I have my own router so I don't have to use them, but now I'm back to what I should have been doing before. I tried to get their router model which was Linksys but they don't seem to have it at a reasonable price and all the other Linksys seem to have bad reviews. I find it strange how many products are supposed to be innovative these days. deprived of the essential qualities that the ancients possessed. I've found that instead of making progress, they regress. Bottom line, this wireless router from Belkin isn't a great product unless you only occasionally surf the Internet with your computer and can't turn it off and on again.
