Disappointed and have bought over 40 in the past

I have over 40 of these albums. always loved her They look great on my shelf and have always held up well. However, this one had a ripped and cracked plastic wrapper on arrival. The binding is shifted so the words PHOTOALBUM are not fully visible. It is not aligned with the attachment. Some of the photo bags have already come loose, which is something that usually happens after years of looking at photos. Although the album measures approximately 14.5 x 14.5 inches, it arrived unwrapped in a 3ft x 3ft box.
