To be honest I wanted to update my review of these darts. Still 2 stars for the product but 5 stars for the customer service. So far my darts rating hasn't changed but I would like to update it based on customer service. I contacted Bottelsen to explain my problem. They emailed back within a day asking for photos. I sent the photos and they sent me a return label the same day so I could send them back and they could send me a new set. I appreciate that the best name in darts actually stands behind their product. Dart wear is said to be not typical so we'll see. But thanks for supporting your product. The most decent darts cost $50-$70 and last for years. I spent $100 on it and after 5 months I was playing league once a week and the grip (grip) was completely worn out. They are almost slippery and slip out of my hand. waste of money
